Job summary

Flutter SEA Procurement Team in Italy is seeking a proactive Marketing Procurement Specialist to join the team reporting to the Procurement Marketing Manager. You will manage spend analysis, sourcing, negotiation and contract finalization for Marketing services across Creative & Digital Agencies, Media, Events and Sponsorships, coordinating with Legal and Finance and supporting multi-country RFX.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in procurement with marketing category exposure.
• Degree in Business Management, Engineering, financial or commercial discipline.
• Knowledge of procurement tools and processes (Vendor Rating, Vendor Management, P2P).
• Proficient in English; strong communication skills.
• Self-starter, proactive, organized and results-oriented.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Join Flutter SEA Procurement Team and support marketing procurement.
• Execute spend analysis, sourcing, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders through RFX with Legal and Finance.
• Support Marketing Services categories: Creative & Digital Agencies, Media, Events, Sponsorships, Production.
• Drive multi-country RFX and negotiations with Flutter Global and SEA teams.
• Align with marketing teams to identify sourcing and cost optimization opportunities.
