Flutter Entertainment, the world’s largest online gaming group, is recruiting a Business Change Lead Specialist in Italy’s Lombardia region within the SEA area. You will plan and execute change management activities across procurement initiatives, driving adoption through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Hybrid work model and a 12-month fixed-term contract are offered, with meal allowance and supplemental health insurance.

• Experience using change management methods.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement change management plans aligned to programme plan.
• Champion change management best practice and communicate value of change.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships and engage across the programme.
• Represent change within the programme team and support required behaviour changes.
• Develop communications strategy and targeted messaging for stakeholders.
• Oversee training development and delivery with SMEs support.
• Lead hypercare and post-implementation support to drive adoption.
• Track change effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
