Anton Paar Italia seeks a Field Service Engineer to deliver on-site technical service and support across Italy, with travel across the country as needed. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments per company procedures to ensure top-tier service delivery.

The role requires residence in Bergamo, strong troubleshooting in multi-physics systems, and English proficiency (B1).

Competenze

Residence in Bergamo, Lombardy.
Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
Previous experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is considered an advantage.

Mansioni

Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory, with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Manage personal spare parts inventory.
Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.
