Field Service Engineer - North Italy (Rif. 07)

• Full-time
• Compensation: EUR 35,000 - EUR 45,000 - yearly

Anton Paar develops, manufactures, and distributes high-precision laboratory instruments and provides customized automation and robotics solutions. The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration, and adjustment of Anton Paar Italia instruments at customer sites.

• Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory (Lombardy and parts of Northeastern Italy), with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Manage personal spare parts inventory.
• Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
• Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.
• • Residence in the Lombardy region, preferably in the Mantua or Cremona area.
  • Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
  • Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Good command of English (minimum B1 level).
  • Previous experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is considered an advantage.
