Job summary

Anton Paar Italia is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service our Process instrumentation at customer sites across Italy. You will repair, maintain, calibrate, and adjust equipment, ensuring top quality and reliability.

Based in Bergamo, Lombardy, you will travel as needed and use SAP/CRM to document service activities. A technical diploma and hands-on field experience are required; English at least B1 is expected, with a company car provided.

Qualifications

• Residence in Bergamo, Lombardy.
• Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
• Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis across electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Good command of English (minimum B1).
• Experience providing technical service for scientific laboratory or process instrumentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory, with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.
• Manage personal spare parts inventory.
• Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
• Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the repair, maintenance, calibration, and adjustment of Anton Paar Italia'sProcess instrumentation at customer sites.

• Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory, with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Manage personal spare parts inventory.

The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and professional background.
