The role requires strong technical understanding, business acumen, and the ability to travel within the territory to build long-term relationships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, technical studies, or related field.
• Experienced in technical sales, preferably in process/industrial settings.
• Strong English and local market language; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel within territory.

Mansioni

• Drive sales growth and market penetration in Tuscany and Lazio.
• Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, End Users, and distributors.
• Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to ensure profitable outcomes.
• Track opportunities, plans, visits, and leads in CRM (SalesForce).
