Eurazeo is seeking an intern to join its Private Debt team in Milan, supporting evaluation, execution and monitoring of private debt transactions. The role offers exposure to mezzanine, unitranche and senior loan structures across Europe.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Master's degree with a strong corporate finance background, fluent in Italian and English, and with internship experience in investment banking or related fields. This position starts ASAP in Milan.

Formación

• Experience in investment banking or related fields is essential.
• Master’s in a top Business/Engineering school with corporate finance background is preferred.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills are required.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities are necessary.
• Self-starter with independent thinking and problem-solving skills is expected.
• Some knowledge of the Private Equity market is useful.
• Curricular Internship aimed at current students is required.

Responsabilidades

• Initial deal review and screening.
• Business, financial and industry due diligence.
• Financial modelling and valuation analysis.
• Execution support and post-investment transaction monitoring.
