Mediobanca, a leading Italian investment bank, seeks an ambitious intern for its Debt Capital Markets & Financing team in Milan. You will gain hands-on experience in origination, structuring fixed-income instruments, and evaluating financing solutions.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in progress or completed, fluency in English and Italian, and strong accounting and cash flow analysis skills. The internship runs for six months with a monthly gross allowance of €1,200.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required or in the final year.
• Strong grasp of financial accounting and cash flow analysis.
• Credit products experience is a plus but not required.

Mansioni

• Assist in the origination and structuring of fixed-income instruments for corporate clients.
• Support assessment of profitability and returns for financing solutions.
• Contribute to pitches and marketing materials for clients.
• Assist in internal memos for credit committee and senior management.
• Monitor market financing conditions and support portfolio monitoring.
• Develop financial models to assess proposed financing structures.
