Tikehau Capital in Milan is seeking a motivated analyst to support the Private Debt team in evaluating, filtering, executing and monitoring transactions. The candidate will study target companies, update financial models and presentations, assist with investment committee memos, and prepare portfolio analyses.

Fluency in Italian and English, strong Excel modelling and PowerPoint skills, and an international mindset are essential.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing or holding a degree from a tier-1 business school or university with a specialization in Finance.
• Previous experience in M&A Investment Banking and/or Private Equity and/or Private Debt Funds.
• Native Italian and fluent in English.
• Good knowledge of Excel (Financial Modelling) and Power Point.
• International mindset; exchange abroad program is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the Private Debt team in evaluating, filtering, executing and monitoring of Private Debt transactions.
• Study and analyse activity, market positioning and financial performance of target companies.
• Update financial models and presentations.
• Support the drafting of investment committee memo.
• Support the monitoring of portfolio companies, drafting periodical reports and analyses.
