A boutique asset management firm is seeking a skilled analyst to join their Italian Private Debt team in Milan. The successful candidate will contribute to financial performance management and investment opportunities in private debt. Responsibilities include due diligence, investment recommendations, and collaboration across teams. A degree in finance or accounting and 2-3 years of related experience are required. Excellent English skills are essential.

Competenze

• At least 2-3 years financial analysis experience in M&A, debt advisory, investment banking, audit firm or consulting.
• Degree in business administration or engineering, with a major in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of the corporate credit market, corporate finance and the investment industry is an asset.

Mansioni

• Participate actively in investment due diligence.
• Prepare investment recommendations.
• Review and analyse legal documentation related to investments.
• Develop efficient analysis, research and monitoring systems.
• Produce required reports on designated companies and portfolio.
• Track financial performance of assigned companies.
• Predict potential crisis situations involving investments.
• Collaborate with other teams.
• Contribute to marketing material and investor meetings.
