Eurizon Capital Real Asset SGR S.p.A. invites you to join the Private Debt Funds & Co-Investments Team in Milan to support assessment, selection and monitoring of private debt investment opportunities across strategies and geographies.

You will perform due diligence, draft memoranda, execute transactions, and develop models, while maintaining dialogue with leading international asset managers. The role requires 3-5 years' experience and strong Excel, PowerPoint and English skills.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in private debt assessment or fund investments.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency with advanced financial modelling.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Solid knowledge of quantitative finance and valuation.
• Experience in company valuation, structured finance or project finance.

Mansioni

• Screening, analysing and benchmarking private debt funds and co-investment opportunities
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative due diligence on private credit funds and asset managers
• Drafting investment memoranda and supporting documentation for the Investment Committee
• Executing investment transactions and coordinating related subscription processes
• Managing and processing capital calls, distributions and other fund-related cash flow events
• Preparing investment analyses, presentations and reporting materials
• Developing and maintaining quantitative models and analytical tools
• Monitoring portfolio investments and maintaining ongoing dialogue with leading international private credit asset managers.
