Our Client, a top-tier global consulting firm with more than 2,500 people, seeks a Principal Strategy to join the Consumer Product & Retail team in Milan. The role focuses on performance improvement and value creation programmes, helping clients move from good to great.

You will design value creation plans, lead efficiency programs, develop industrial plans, and support private equity clients through deal life cycles, while collaborating with partners to build a sustainable client platform.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of consulting experience in Value Creation / Performance Improvement.
• Proven EBITDA enhancement and value creation track record.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with executive stakeholders.
• Experience with private equity portfolio companies and deal lifecycles.

Mansioni

• Designing value creation plans across pricing, sourcing, and product decomplexity.
• Designing and leading operational efficiency programs and integrations.
• Developing industrial plans with market assessments and capex needs.
• Supporting Private Equity clients across deal lifecycle.
• Supporting Partners in origination and building a client platform.
