PwC Strategy& in Milan seeks a Senior Associate to join its Strategy & Industrial Products, Consumer Goods and Business Services practice. You will work with corporate clients and private equity investors on growth, portfolio strategy and transformation initiatives.

You will lead project workstreams, coach junior team members, contribute to proposals and business development, and translate strategic insights into actionable recommendations for end-to-end execution.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in strategy consulting or a similarly demanding environment.
• Experience leading project workstreams and mentoring junior team members.
• Experience with growth strategy, portfolio strategy, business transformation, or value creation for PE.
• Knowledge of Industrial Products, Consumer Goods and Business Services is a plus.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with ability to produce client-ready deliverables.
