Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in top-tier strategy consulting or similar advisory environment.
• Deep expertise in Energy & Natural Resources such as utilities, power & gas, energy infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior executives and boards on strategic and operational priorities.
• Lead complex engagements with C-Suite clients from problem definition to implementation.
• Build trusted client relationships and shape executive discussions across Europe.
• Identify opportunities, shape propositions, and co-lead growth in Milan and broader Europe.
