ams OSRAM is seeking a senior layout expert to lead HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or RF ICs. You will guide floorplanning, drive layout methodologies, and mentor a team of layout engineers to ensure sign-off readiness.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in RF/analog layout, with HF analog expertise for high-speed interfaces and experience with FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes. You will champion EM-aware and parasitic-aware design practices across projects.

• 10+ years RF/analog layout experience
• HF analog layout for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs, including high-speed receiver/transmitter interfaces
• Matching, shielding and isolation
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
• EM-aware layout methodologies
