ams OSRAM in Italy seeks a technical leader for RF/analog layout strategy of broadband ICs. You will guide layout architecture and floorplanning for high-speed interfaces.

You will develop and enforce layout methodologies, drive parasitic-aware implementations, and support sign-off processes. Mentor layout engineers and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years RF/analog layout experience.
• HF analog layout for broadband optical communication or RF ICs, incl. high-speed interfaces.
• Experience with matching, shielding and isolation.
• Advanced CMOS nodes including FinFET and FD-SOI.
• EM-aware layout methodologies.
