ams OSRAM is seeking a technical leader in HF analog layout for broadband RF ICs to drive layout strategy, architecture, and floorplanning. You will mentor a team of layout engineers and collaborate with design teams to ensure robust sign-off and parasitic-aware implementations.

Ideal candidates hold a BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of RF/analog layout experience, including FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS nodes, and strong EM-aware methodologies.

Competenze

• 10+ years RF/analog layout experience.
• HF analog layout for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs (high-speed interfaces).
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET and/or FD-SOI) required.
• EM-aware layout methodologies.
