ams OSRAM is seeking a Technical Leader for HF analog layout to drive strategy for broadband optical communication ICs and related RF designs.

You will lead layout architecture, floorplanning, and the development of EM-aware methodologies while mentoring the layout team and ensuring robust sign-off.

Competenze

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years RF/analog layout experience.
• HF analog layout for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs.
• Matching, shielding and isolation proficient.
• Advanced CMOS node experience (FinFET/FD-SOI) is required.
• EM-aware layout methodologies.
