ams OSRAM in Italy is seeking a Technical Leader for HF analog layout strategy for broadband optical communication ICs or RF ICs. You will lead layout architecture, floorplanning, and parasitic-aware implementations.

We require a BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering; 10+ years RF/analog layout; HF analog layout for broadband ICs; FinFET/FD-SOI CMOS node experience; EM-aware layout methodologies. AMS OSRAM is an equal opportunity employer.

• Matching, shielding and isolation
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required
• EM-aware layout methodologies
