ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking a Technical Leader for HF analog layout focused on broadband optical communication ICs or similar RF ICs in Lombardy. You will drive layout strategy and architecture, establishing methods and parasitic-aware implementations.

You will mentor engineers, support design teams through sign-off, and apply EM-aware design practices, matching and shielding for high-speed interfaces. A senior CMOS background (FinFET/FD-SOI) is required.

Competenze

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years RF/analog layout experience.
• HF analog layout for broadband optical communication ICs or comparable RF ICs, including high-speed receiver/transmitter interfaces.
• Matching, shielding and isolation.
• Advanced CMOS node experience, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI.
• EM-aware layout methodologies.
