International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a dedicated preschool support assistant to work with the lead teacher in delivering daily activities aligned with the preschool curriculum. You will help implement lesson plans, supervise children, and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.

This role emphasizes patience, strong communication with families and staff, and the ability to adapt to routines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in preschool education or equivalent is required.
• TKT training course.
• Prior experience with young children preferred.

Mansioni

• Support classroom instruction by assisting the lead teacher with daily lesson plans, activities, and educational games.
• Supervise and engage children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play to ensure safety.
• Assist with behavior management and help develop social and emotional skills.
• Prepare learning materials and organize classroom resources.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment and sanitize toys and surfaces.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to children needing extra help.
• Observe children's development and report concerns or progress to the lead teacher.
• Support daily routines and transitions to foster independence.
• Encourage respectful, inclusive, and cooperative interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in teaching and childcare.
