The International School of Milan, part of the Inspired Education Group, seeks a caring and proactive Early Years Teaching Assistant to join from August 2026. You will support teaching and learning in the Early Years, working closely with the class teacher to create a safe, engaging environment for young learners.

The ideal candidate will have experience with 2–5 year olds, a nurturing approach, and a collaborative mindset.

The successful candidate will support teaching and learning within the Early Years setting, working closely with the class teacher to create a safe, engaging and stimulating environment for young learners. Desirable

• Relevant Early Years or childcare qualification
• Experience in an international or bilingual setting
• Understanding of Reggio-Emilia, play-based or inquiry‑led learning approaches
• Experience supporting children with additional learning needs
• Italian language skills (advantageous but not essential)
