• Experience working with young children (ages 2–5).
• A warm, patient and nurturing approach.
• High expectations of behaviour and age-related learning outcomes.

• Energy, flexibility and a proactive attitude.
• Legal right to live and work in Italy (EU passport or valid work permit).

• Support the class teacher with engaging, play-based learning.
• Lead learning with individuals and small groups to support development.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining a stimulating Early Years environment.
• Support children's social, emotional and physical development.
• Help manage routines, transitions and behaviour positively.
• Monitor progress and share observations with the class teacher.
• Support children with additional needs as required.
• Ensure a safe, clean and organised classroom.
• Supervise during playtime and activities.
• Uphold safeguarding and child protection procedures.
