Fastweb, a leading Italian telecom, offers an internship in the Cyber Prevention team focusing on vulnerability management and cloud security. You will work under a tutor, contributing to test planning, requirements, and coordination with Engineering and Operations.

You will learn to assess cloud and on-prem security postures, participate in test closures, and help prepare materials explaining vulnerabilities to stakeholders in a dynamic telecom environment.

• Studies in technical/scientific fields (e.g., CS, Engineering, Cybersecurity) or equivalent.
• Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team.

Mansioni

• Support enabling and kickoff: help organize test kickoff meetings, collect technical requirements, and coordinate with Engineering and Operations.
• Support results analysis: participate in test-closure sessions, verify supplier reports, and log findings in the management platform.
• Assist in sharing security issues: help prepare materials to explain and share vulnerabilities with relevant teams.
• Support vendor management: assist with relationships with external security vendors and gathering project requirements.
• Assist in evaluating cloud security posture (CSPM): help manage and monitor CSPM detection rules.
• Assist in validation of cloud/on-prem security solutions: verify proper implementation and effectiveness.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

INTERNSHIP - Vulnerability Management & Cloud Security for the Team Cyber Resilience

In qualità di stagista nel team di Cyber Prevention, con il supporto e la guida del tuo tutor, contribuirai alle seguenti attività:

• Supporto all'Enabling e Kick-off: collaborare all'organizzazione dei tavoli di avvio dei test, contribuendo alla raccolta dei requisiti tecnici (ambienti, accessi, credenziali) e al coordinamento con i team di Ingegneria e Operations.
• Supporto all'Analisi dei Risultati: partecipare alle sessioni di chiusura dei test, contribuendo alla verifica della completezza dei report dei fornitori e al corretto inserimento dei finding nella piattaforma di gestione.
• Supporto alla condivisione delle “Security Issue”: contribuire alla preparazione dei materiali per la spiegazione e la divulgazione delle vulnerabilità verso i team interessati.
• Supporto alla gestione dei fornitori: affiancare il team nella relazione con i fornitori esterni di sicurezza, contribuendo alla raccolta dei requisiti di progetto e al monitoraggio della pianificazione.
• Supporto alla valutazione della security posture in cloud (CSPM): affiancare il team nella gestione e nel monitoraggio delle regole di detection.
• Supporto alla verifica e validazione delle soluzioni cloud/prem: affiancare il team nella verifica della corretta implementazione delle soluzioni di sicurezza in ambiente cloud o on premise, contribuendo alla validazione della loro efficacia.

MUST HAVE

• Percorso di studi (in corso o concluso) in materie tecnico/scientifiche (es. Informatica, Ingegneria, Sicurezza Informatica) o equivalente.
• Buone doti organizzative e propensione al lavoro in team.
• Capacità di analisi e attenzione al dettaglio.
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

NICE TO HAVE

• Competenza tecnica nell'uso di strumenti di VA/PT (es. Nessus, Burp Suite, Metasploit) e conoscenza di base dei sistemi operativi e protocolli di rete/web.
• Possesso di certificazioni in ambito di security (e.g. Comptia Security+).
• Conoscenza teorica dei principali framework di sicurezza (es. ISO 27001, OWASP Top 10).
• Curiosità verso il mondo cloud e i concetti di sicurezza applicata (CSPM).

RIMBORSO SPESE

• 1000€ lordi mensili + ticket restaurant.

The final financial offer may exceed the indicated value and will be determined based on demonstrated skills, the level of autonomy, and the actual scope of responsibility assumed in the role.
