Job summary

Antal International Network is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive talent management and HR operations across a multi-property luxury hotel cluster in Italy. You will shape recruitment, succession, development, and culture while ensuring compliance, benchmarking compensation, and supporting pre-opening HR readiness.

Responsibilities include coordinating with unions, managing host facilities, and aligning HR with sustainability goals across properties in Rome, Milan, and the Milan cluster

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in HR, Communications or Business Management with 4+ years of related training
• PHR, SPHR or similar HR designation preferred
• Fluent in English and Italian; EU/EEA citizenship or right to work in Italy

Responsibilities

• Lead talent management and HR operations across the hotel cluster
• Oversee recruitment, succession planning and career development
• Drive compliance, compensation benchmarking, and HR readiness for pre-opening projects
• Coordinate with unions and ensure statutory and safety compliance
• Monitor labor laws and provide market-aligned HR guidance
