Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience in financial restructuring, company crisis, and/or corporate finance.
• Interest in grants and incentives for enterprises is recommended.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Fluent English, preferably with international experience.

Mansioni

• Analyze financial performance of target companies.
• Conduct financial modeling and business planning.
• Perform independent reviews of business plans.
• Negotiate with main stakeholders for distressed M&As.
• Provide technical assistance for participation in co-financing programs.
• Prepare checks for incentive measures of development contracts.
