Lloyd Morgan China is hiring an experienced Human Resources Manager to own all people-related activities at the site in Italy. The role requires overseeing HR operations, workforce planning, and engagement at a manufacturing plant with 60–70 employees, while maintaining strong union relations and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has a track record in industrial settings, fluent English, and a relevant degree, with deep CCNL knowledge and hands-on HR expertise.

Competenze

• In-depth knowledge of Italy labour law and CCNL for the Chemical Industry.
• Experience with CIGS (Cassa Integrazione Guadagni Straordinaria) projects.
• Native English proficiency is required.

Mansioni

• Lead all HR operations for the plant, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
• Serve as primary contact for unions and employee representatives; manage collective bargaining and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with CCNL and Italy employment laws; implement regulatory changes.
• Oversee job grading, wage structures, incentives, overtime; maintain equity and competitiveness.
• Partner with management on workforce planning, design, and succession; drive engagement.
• Coach line managers on people issues, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement.
• Manage HR administration, payroll alignment, and HR metric reporting.
