Biopharma Careers is seeking a result-oriented Sales Lead to drive commercial activities in the Vet and Pharmacy channels. You will manage a direct sales force, collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Medical teams, and promote the company’s products and value to customers.

You will travel within the assigned area up to 80% and lead a strategy focused on sell-out, while coaching reps and ensuring long-term customer partnerships.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration or Science.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position; vet or pharma background is a plus.
• Fluency in English is beneficial.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive both short- and long-term results.
• Excellent people management and leadership capabilities.

Mansioni

• Identify business opportunities and work with Sales Manager to define commercial strategy.
• Coach and mentor the sales force to implement the strategy and achieve sell-out results.
• Implement the shared commercial strategy to reach sales and promotional objectives in Pet Vet and Pharmacy channels.
• Maintain relationships with major customers (wholesalers, pharmacies, vets) and provide guidance and problem solving.
• Set sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance and adjust as needed.
• Travel within the area up to 80% of the time.
