Boehringer Ingelheim Italy is seeking a National Account Manager for the Veterinary & Retail Channel. The role leads commercial strategies, manages strategic accounts and partnerships, and drives revenue growth across the Italian territory.

This field-based position requires extensive travel and strong cross-functional collaboration. You will build business plans with key customers, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to optimize performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in sales, KAM, or customer management roles; Animal Health knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Develop and manage relationships with wholesalers and retailers, negotiating to meet objectives.
• Develop a Strategic Customer Business Plan (SCBP) for each assigned account and share it with internal teams.
• Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve market share and sales objectives.
• Manage customer investment budgets and analyze ROI to improve sales and channel performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance.
