Avolta is seeking a People Technology Analyst to own and transform HRIS across the EMEA region. You will coordinate payroll data, ensure system integrity, and drive transformation initiatives for SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.

Competenze

• 5+ years in HRIS, HR operations or payroll.
• Strong vendor-managed environments experience.

Human Resources Information System Specialist

HRIS Specialist (EMEA)

Role Purpose

Support and coordinate the end-to-end HR systems, and operational excellence agenda across EMEA. Acts as the central point of ownership for payroll vendor performance, HRIS integrity, and transformation initiatives for SAP SuccessFactors and supporting systems —ensuring scalable, compliant, and data-driven HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own HR systems landscape for HMSHost International legacy countries (SuccessFactors, eTime, payroll integrations)
• Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and interface performance
• Lead system enhancements, releases, and implementations
• Provide technical oversight and Tier 2/3 issue resolution
• Partner with IT and vendors on system architecture

Data, Reporting & Analytics

• Deliver payroll analytics, cost insights, and performance reporting
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting to HR, Finance, and leadership

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Support country HR teams with systems expertise
• Support governance forums, service reviews, and escalation management
• Ensure adherence to HRIS and payroll governance standards

Project & Program Delivery

• Lead cross-functional global/regional projects (systems, payroll, controls)
• Ensure structured execution: timelines, risks, communication, change management
• Coordinate vendor and internal teams across multiple geographies

Scope / Complexity

• Multiple HR systems and integrations
• High regulatory complexity

• Outsourced payroll model

Experience Profile

• 5+ years in HRIS, HR operations or payroll
• Strong vendor-managed environments experience
• Experience in HR systems (SuccessFactors EC, ONB and REC, time systems)
