Ariston Group is seeking an ICT HR Systems & Integration lead to drive a lean, coherent systems landscape aligned with enterprise architecture. You will bridge business needs, vendor delivery, and technical design, supporting Payroll, T&A, and DMS across multiple countries in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires hands-on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Payroll, and integration middleware experience, with strong business analysis and stakeholder management.

Competenze

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong business analysis, project management, vendor and stakeholder management skills; experience leading workstreams within large-scale transformation programmes is preferred.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.

Mansioni

• Lead the Integration workstream within ICT HR Transformation programmes, overseeing the end-to-end build and deployment of multiple integrations per country and gather and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Partner with vendors and enterprise architecture teams to define the best technical solutions.
• Coordinate testing efforts between vendors and business stakeholders to ensure solution quality.
• Manage the transition of new solutions from project delivery into support.
• Manage the vendor relationship with the support organization, and challenge the proposed solution to ensure service quality and accountability.
• Act as the key point of contact linking business needs, vendor capabilities, and architectural direction in terms of integration solutions.
• Lead a structured knowledge transfer effort during the onboarding period, systematically capturing undocumented processes, system logic, and historical decisions from the subject matter experts, and translating this into durable documentation for the team.
