Lexroom is building the AI platform for legal work, with a growing international footprint including Milan. We are seeking a Finance & People Ops Specialist to join our central Business Operations team and own Finance and People processes across markets.

This role is an operational data/process builder requiring CRM configuration, data dashboards, and cross-country collaboration. You’ll thrive in a fast-scale environment and drive practical outcomes with autonomy and rigor.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Operations or CRM within tech/SaaS contexts.
• CRM configuration knowledge: workflows, properties, lead assignment rules.
• Strong understanding of the funnel for Finance/People/Legal.
• Data extraction, database cleaning, and report creation in Excel/Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• CRM Building & Optimization across cross-country processes.
• Data Architecture & Reporting: dashboards and reports to serve as source of truth.
• Stakeholder Alignment: translate needs from Finance, People and Legal leads.
• Future Scalability: evolve data infra and integrate new tools.

The Role

We are looking for a Finance & People Ops Specialist to join our centralized Business Operations team. This is a pure builder and execution role: you will act as the operational reference point for Finance and People Teams across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Building & Optimization: Get your hands dirty in dedicated CRM. You will configure, clean, and map our actual processes within the tool, building complex workflows, managing properties, and structuring pipelines.
• Data Architecture & Reporting: Build and own reliable dashboards and reports. You will ensure that cross-country data is accurate, turning our CRM into the absolute source of truth.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Gather technical and operational requirements from Finance, People and Legal team leads, translating needs into working computer flows.
• Future Scalability: Evolve into the central architect of our data infrastructure, integrating new external tools and supporting Lexroom and adjustments.
• Navigate the Ambiguity: Work effectively in the fast-paced chaos of a scale-up. You will proactively spot process failures or broken data flows and independently solve them without waiting for detailed input from above.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in AI tool and CRM implementation.
• 0–2 years of experience in Operations, CRM Specialist within fast-growing tech/SaaS contexts.
• CRM Expertise and interest: You have actively configured and optimized CRM logic (workflows, properties, lead assignment rules) in the past—not just as a passive user.
• Finance/People/Legal Literacy: A strong grasp of the funnel.
• Logical Structure and Data Precision: Methodical approach to data extraction, database cleaning, and report creation using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Extreme Ownership & Autonomy: You thrive without micro-management. If a workflow fails or data doesn't add up, you won't rest until you've tracked down the issue and fixed it.
• Academic Background: Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative field is highly preferred.
• Language: Full professional proficiency in English and Italian.
