Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a People Operations Partner on a fixed-term basis to support employees and managers in Italy and the Nordics. You will handle HR operations, onboarding, payroll, and benefits, while maintaining data integrity and compliance.

The role emphasizes high-touch employee experiences, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll, HRIS, Legal and Finance. Hybrid work arrangements in Italy are available.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR Administration, Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years HR operations, shared services, or generalist experience.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and data handling.

Responsibilities

• HR Transactions and Data Management: manage lifecycle transactions with data accuracy and compliance.
• Employee Support and Case Management: respond to HR inquiries and handle tier-2 tickets.
• Onboarding, offboarding and leaves: run high-touch processes and transfers.
• Payroll and Benefits: review payroll inputs and benefits administration in coordination with teams.
• Audits and Surveys: support data requests and compliance-related audits.
• Process Improvement: suggest and implement SOPs and system enhancements.
• Reporting and Projects: analyze service metrics and support HR initiatives.
