APM Terminals in Vado Ligure, Italy, is seeking an HR Intern to support the People Business Partner in daily HR tasks, records management, and HR systems upkeep. The role includes coordinating recruitment, training calendars, and assisting with engagement surveys, performance and disciplinary processes.

You will receive training on key HR processes and will help ensure accurate data management while handling confidential information with discretion.

Competenze

• Diploma or degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years general HR experience with basic employment-law knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.

Mansioni

• Assist People Business Partner with timely implementation of policies and updating job descriptions.
• Coordinate local recruitment: interviews, applicant communication, progress tracking.
• Manage mandatory training schedules and calendar activities.
• Support engagement surveys and HR queries, assist with performance and disciplinary processes.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding, including contracts, induction, payroll setup, and system removals.
• Maintain secure employee records and assist with Workday data management.
