Belmond Villa Sant'Andrea in Taormina is seeking an HR intern to support a wide range of HR activities, from coordinating training to maintaining employee records. You will assist in creating policies and documents and support the HR Manager in attracting, hiring and retaining staff.

Starting October 2026, the internship offers development opportunities, meals on duty, and potential accommodation. Strong English and Italian are required, French is a plus.

• Strong MS Office skills and computer proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of labor laws.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Degree in HR or related field.
• Good knowledge of English and Italian; French a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR manager.
• Compile and update employees records.
• Coordinate HR projects.
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Support HR manager in orientation for newly hired employees.
