Job summary

Generali is seeking a People Business Partner Manager to lead the HR function within the Agorai Innovation Hub, Trieste, with a hybrid work model.

You will partner with management to design tailored HR solutions, oversee recruitment, performance management, talent development, and ensure compliance.

The role offers a salary between 57k and 70k gross per year, with flexible hours and learning opportunities across the Generali Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, economics or data analytics.
• 7+ years HRBP experience in insurance or IT sectors.
• Fluent Italian and good English; strong knowledge of labor regulations.

Job description

We are looking for a People Business Partner Manager who will be responsible for leading the HR function within Agorai Innovation Hub, working closely with management to support the organization's growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Working alongside the business leaders understanding the business needs and developing tailored HR solutions
• Supporting managers on all HR-related matters, including recruitment, performance management, talent development, and conflict management
• Implementing reward policies and coordinating related processes
• Supporting development and learning initiatives
• Ensuring a correct HC planning balancing business needs and costs constraints within the overall target HC agreed
• Ensuring the right sizing and the operating model of the organizational structures
• Analyzing HR data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies
• Promoting a positive, international and inclusive company culture
• Ensuring the local implementation of centrally designed Group projects

The role is based in Trieste and includes a hybrid work model, offering flexibility through remote working days.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Data Management/Data Analytics
• At least 7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner in Insurance sector and/or IT companies
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and labor regulations
• Proven ability to work on projects as a Project Manager
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent Italian and good English (written and spoken)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude

Gross annual salary ranging between 57K and 70K. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate's professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
