team.blue invites an experienced HR Insights & Analytics Manager to build the people analytics capability from the ground up. The role sits in the HR Centre of Excellence and reports to the CHRO, with a 12-month FTC in Firenze, Italy.

You will standardize data, design dashboards for divisional leaders, and drive analytics across HiBob, Culture Amp, and other systems, shaping people insights for strategic decisions across Europe.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or workforce intelligence.
• Proven track record of building HR analytics capabilities from an early stage.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as HiBob; familiarity with engagement survey tools and ATS.

Mansioni

• Design and own the group-wide HR data and reporting framework across divisions and countries.
• Lead data quality remediation and ensure clean input at source.
• Define and implement mandatory reporting standards (headcount, attrition, vacancies, cost to plan, payroll accuracy).
• Build and maintain division-level dashboards for real-time HR metrics, including headcount, attrition, time-to-hire, eNPS, and payroll cost.
• Develop group-wide workforce planning models and link data to business performance metrics.
• Assess AI/automation opportunities in people analytics and build internal capability over time.
