Job summary

STARTEAM seeks a driven Sales Manager to nurture relationships across the electronics industry in Italy. The role focuses on quotations, customer support, and expanding opportunities with existing clients, while coordinating with internal teams and production sites to ensure timely delivery.

Based near Brescia, you will engage in international collaboration, visits, virtual meetings, and CRM-driven activities, building long-term partnerships and contributing to growth.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial/vocational training or comparable qualification.
• Several years of internal sales / sales support experience.
• Proficient MS Office; CRM/ERP experience preferred.
• Very good German and good English, both written and spoken.
• Strong customer orientation and relationship-building ability.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational and multi-topic coordination skills.
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Initiative, teamwork and hands-on mentality.
• Experience in PCB industry or similar technical environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and follow up quotations in close cooperation with Cost/Product Engineering and Sales.
• Active support and development of existing customer relationships via personal visits, virtual meetings, and CRM activities.
• Support in acquiring new customers and identifying opportunities with existing customers.
• Management and follow-up of inquiries and projects through to successful implementation.
• Coordinate sales-related activities with internal departments and production sites.
• Support with contracts, NDAs, supplier evaluations and other sales processes.
• Maintain customer, sales and project data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Participate in customer and project meetings and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze sales KPIs and prepare meaningful reports.
• Back-up support for the Sales or Account Manager during absences.
