Future Electronics is seeking a Branch Manager for its Padua, Italy office. The role focuses on recruiting, training, and leading a sales team to achieve monthly and annual budgets, while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The Branch Manager will work with senior leaders to set budgets, monitor branch performance, and drive continuous improvement. A background in electronics distribution and a service‑oriented approach are essential.

Qualificações

• Over 3 years in electronics sales with people management responsibilities.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate and present information professionally.
• Commercially astute, highly organised and self-motivated.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the electronics distribution industry/current market.
• Strategic thinker who can handle tactical operational issues when required.
• Has a clear service ethic and leads by example.
• IT literate and open to learning new software/systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of sales personnel to achieve monthly and annual sales budgets.
• Manage branch metrics and activity to meet annual corporate objectives.
• Monitor and measure sales activities and implement changes if targets are not met.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager / Regional Sales Director on setting annual budgets.
• Review expenses to ensure correct accounting practices.
• Participate in recruitment and conduct key interview stages for new hires.
