Future Electronics in Padua, Italy is seeking a Branch Manager to recruit, train and lead a sales team to achieve monthly and annual budgets, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking and the ability to collaborate with the Country Manager and regional directors; it includes staff appraisals, recruitment, and ongoing development within a global electronics distribution leader.

Competenze

• Previous electronics sales experience (3+ years) with people management responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate and present information in a professional way.
• Commercially astute, highly organised and self-motivated.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the electronics distribution industry/current market.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage a team of sales personnel to achieve monthly and annual sales budgets.
• Manage branch metrics and activity to achieve corporate objectives.
• Set annual sales budgets with the Country Manager / Regional Sales Director.
• Recruit and interview new hires to ensure fit with role and culture.
• Conduct annual and bi-annual appraisals for direct reports.
• Hold regular branch meetings reviewing objectives and performance.
