Job summary

ABB is seeking an HR Operations specialist to manage day-to-day payroll, compensation and benefits processing with a focus on accuracy and compliance. You will support internal customers and collaborate across service lines, leveraging AI tools to streamline tasks in a hybrid work model in Lombardy, Italy.

The role requires at least 2 years in HR Operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Italian/English communication, with proficiency in Workday and SAP.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Bachelor’s degree; knowledge of Dirigente and Metalmeccanico contracts.
• Fluent in Italian and English; strong communication and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day HR Services respecting SOPs and SLAs.
• Process payroll, compensation and benefits tasks on schedule.
• Enter and maintain data in systems, ensuring data quality.
• Identify and implement process improvements using AI-based tools and feedback.

You will provide appropriate support for internal customers and deliver accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, who brings not only solid process knowledge but also a genuine curiosity for new ways of working, including the use of AI and digital tools to simplify and improve HR processes.- Work model: #LI-HybridIn this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:Executing and delivering assigned HR Services in compliance with all standard operating and procedures/policies or other procedures in place and according to the defined Service Level Agreement(s).Identifying and recommending process improvements and simplifications, leveraging customer feedback, operational experience and AI-based tools.Using AI tools and digital solutions to automate repetitive tasks, improve data accuracy and enhance overall process efficiency.Interacting with external vendor, supporting on employee queries and HR community.Performing annual & monthly Payroll, Compensation and Benefits tasks according to deadlines.Entering data into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned activity.
