Seas Italy in the Pisa area is seeking a payroll administrator to join our growing aviation business. You’ll manage attendance data, process payslips, and handle monthly payroll tasks.

You should have at least 2 years’ payroll experience, strong Excel and MS Office knowledge, and good command of English. You’ll work to meet deadlines and protect confidential information.

Competenze

• At least 2 years of payroll experience in a structured company or firm.
• Good knowledge of payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Accuracy, reliability and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Nice to have: experience with TeamSystem and knowledge of current employment regulations, including apprenticeships, incentives, TFR management and dismissals.

Mansioni

• Prepare attendance data and pre/post-payroll reports
• Process payslips and related tax and social security requirements
• Manage monthly activities including accounting checks, F24, Uniemens, sickness and workplace injuries
• Support annual requirements including CU, 770 and INAIL self-assessment
• Manage hiring, contract changes and employment terminations
• Liaise with INPS, INAIL, pension funds and the Italian Revenue Agency
