Casa Tua in Capri is seeking a motivated Pastry Commis Chef to join the partner company's Pastry Department. You will assist the Pastry Chef with the daily preparation of desserts, pastries, and bakery items, maintaining quality and presentation in a luxury setting.

The ideal candidate has previous pastry kitchen experience or relevant culinary training, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for pastry. Uniforms, meals, staff housing, and opportunities for growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pastry kitchen, bakery, hotel, or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Motivated candidates with culinary training will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Assist daily preparation and production of desserts, baked goods, and pastry items.
• Support the Pastry Chef and ensure quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Maintain clean, organized work station and proper storage of ingredients.
