Job summary

Auberge Collection in Florence seeks a Pastry Chef de Partie to craft pastries, desserts, and sweet creations. You will work closely with the Pastry Chef and culinary team to deliver exquisite quality and consistency, contributing to the luxury dining experience.

You will prepare a range of pastries, desserts, breads, and creams, ensuring perfect presentation and high standards. A2 years of pastry experience in luxury settings is preferred, with professional training in pastry or culinary arts

Qualifications

• Two years of pastry experience in a luxury hospitality setting preferred.
• Strong pastry knowledge including doughs, creams, chocolates, desserts, cakes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, desserts, cakes, breads, creams and doughs to established quality standards.
• Ensure consistency of taste, texture, quality and presentation in your pastry section.
• Support daily mise en place and timely service preparation for events and dinners.
• Assist in specialty dinners, private events and bespoke guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of pastry ingredients and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.

Education

Professional training or a degree in Pastry, Culinary Arts, or a related field
