Datadog is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect (EMEA) to drive onboarding, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources across channels and alliances. You will shape joint plans with partner teams and act as a trusted technical advisor for cloud migration, modernization, and DevOps transformations.
You will collaborate with product, engineering, and services to prioritize feedback, deliver measurable adoption, and enable partners to maximize Datadog features across AWS, Azure,
Competenze
- Hands-on IT development or operations experience
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- EU residency required
- Experience with observability tools and cloud platforms
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Mansioni
- Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources
- Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog and partner technical teams
- Support partner technical initiatives such as demos, proofs of value, and enablement workshops
- Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution
- Analyze partner service offerings and recommend enhancements to improve adoption of Datadog features
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and services to identify and prioritize new features
- Evolve lead practices for Datadog platform adoption and success
