Deliveroo Milan is seeking a Marketing Manager to build and optimize co-marketing initiatives with restaurant and grocery partners, driving growth and brand visibility in Italy. You will work within the Partner Marketing team to align campaigns with national playbooks and local dynamics.

The role requires 5–6 years in partner marketing, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Italian, with a hybrid work setup and room for impact in a fast-paced marketplace.

Competenze

• 5–6 years of experience in Trade or Partner Marketing within FMCG, e-commerce, tech or retail.
• Strong understanding of the Italian commercial landscape and regional consumer behaviors.
• Proven ability to manage external stakeholders with enterprise partners.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret data and report performance to partners.
• Fluent in English and Italian with strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Lead end-to-end co-marketing strategies with top-tier restaurant partners to drive customer acquisition and growth.
