Diesel, a premium casual fashion brand, is recruiting a Part Time 18h Client Advisor for the Orio al Serio store near Bergamo. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience and building lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates have experience in fashion luxury retail, strong communication skills, and fluency in Italian and English. You will drive sales, lead on storytelling, and maintain brand standards in a dynamic retail environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience in sales roles; experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Strong communication skills; customer-centric mindset.

• Act and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.
• Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
• Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
• Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
• Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
• Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.
• Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunity to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Prove Brand and product knowledge; maintain high shop floor and display standards.
• Contribute to a high level of security and prevent product thefts; follow stock procedures.
• Think innovatively about fashion trends and competitor activity.
• Develop client relationships through CRM initiatives; hand-crafted client experiences.
