Moncler is seeking a 24h Part-Time Client Advisor for its Milano Rinascente boutique during the Winter Season. You will guide clients through Moncler’s heritage, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences and building lasting relationships.

Fluency in Italian and English is required, with a strong client orientation and a commercially driven mindset. The role emphasizes teamwork and maintaining Moncler’s luxury standards in store operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales roles, luxury/retail is a strong advantage.
• International mindset with diverse clientele.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of the luxury market and product sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience and build long-lasting relationships through clienteling and after-sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Support implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising standards and stock management.
• Contribute to inventory preparation and execution.
• Collaborate with colleagues with positive energy and team spirit.
