Moncler S.P.A. in Cortina is seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to join our boutique team. You will embody the brand’s values, deliver exceptional client experiences, and guide each client through Moncler’s heritage and collections.

You will work with the team to maintain service standards, stock control, and inventory, while building long-term relationships and contributing to store goals.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of experience in sales roles, ideally in luxury fashion or retail.
• International mindset and ability to work with a diverse clientele.
• Passion for retail, strong client orientation and commercial focus.
• Excellent understanding of the luxury market and product sensitivity.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in Italian and English.

• Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, building long-lasting relationships through clienteling and after-sales activities.

• Support implementation and maintenance of visual merchandising standards, stock replenishment and inventory coordination.
