Moncler Group in Milano is seeking a 32h Part-Time Client Advisor for our boutique at Milano Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience and building lasting relationships with a discerning, international client base.

You will collaborate with the team to achieve individual and store targets, uphold the brand's luxury standards, and participate in clienteling, after-sales, and stock-replenishment activities.

Competenze

• Experience in sales roles, especially in luxury fashion/retail.
• International experience in professional contexts is a plus.
• Retail-oriented with commercial mindset.
• Strong understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a 32h Part-Time Client Advisor to complete the team of our boutique in Milano Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II.

The Client Advisor, with impeccable presentation and natural elegance will guide each single client across the brand’s values and heritage, gaining a strong understanding of the client and their needs and building a profitable, long-lasting relationship.

The Client Advisor, in partnership with the team, is responsible for reaching individual results while contributing to the team targets as well.

Your Impact

• Ensures an unique client experience, creating a long lasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clienteling activities, providing a warm and welcoming environment;
• Achieves excellent selling performances and results;
• Implements and maintains Company’s Visual standards in store, collaborating with Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management;
• Active cooperates during preparation and execution of inventories;
• Works with the team effectively and enthusiastically, conveying energy and motivation, being a reliable partner.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales roles, experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus;
• Previous international experience both in professional and non-professional contexts;
• Passionate about Retail, Client oriented and with commercial mindset;
• Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to evolve in the organisation, willingness to relocate is a plus;
• Fluency in English, proficiency in another language is considered as a plus.
